The short version
This website is a static page. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no contact forms. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell data to anyone.
Two things do leave your browser when you load this page — our hosting provider and our font provider. Both are described below.

Hosting — GitHub Pages
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. (a Microsoft company) in the United States. When you open the page, your browser necessarily sends technical data to GitHub's servers: your IP address, the requested file, the time of the request, your browser and operating system, and the referring page.
GitHub processes this data to deliver the site and to protect its infrastructure. We have no access to these logs and we cannot read them. GitHub's handling of this data is described in the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Fonts — Google Fonts
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), operated by Google LLC in the United States. Loading these fonts transmits your IP address and browser information to Google. No cookies are set by this request, and we receive no data from it.
If you would rather not contact Google's servers, a content blocker or a browser that blocks third-party requests will prevent it; the site remains fully readable with fallback system fonts. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Contact by email
If you write to us, your message and your email address are stored so we can answer you and handle any follow-up correspondence. We keep such messages only as long as the matter requires or the law obliges us, and we do not pass them on without your consent.
Our apps
Applications published by Ten Forward GmbH have their own privacy policies. The policy for Swipeback applies to that app only — it does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP / revDSG) you may request information about data concerning you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Because this website stores no personal data itself, such requests will in most cases concern email correspondence only. Write to info@tenforward.ch.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC / EDÖB).
Changes
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
