The short version

Swipeback does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your videos never leave your device.

What the app accesses

Swipeback requests access to your photo library to read videos stored on your device. This access happens entirely on-device. No video, thumbnail, or metadata is ever uploaded, shared, or sent anywhere.

What we store

The app stores a small list of video IDs locally on your device to track which videos you have already seen. This data never leaves your phone and can be cleared by deleting the app.

No analytics, no tracking

Swipeback contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. There is no server. There is no account.

Sharing

If you choose to share a video using the share button, you share it directly through iOS's native share sheet. Ten Forward GmbH has no involvement in or visibility into what you share or with whom.
